These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kunming, Yunnan Province.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anere regarding the use of our services.
